Join us for this NEW & fantastic 45 minute super burner of a class!  This class is designed to increase your muscular endurance by using super light weights, small movements and pulses to amp up that endurance.  This class is suitable for all fitness levels.  It is low impact, great for everyone from pregnant mamas to our veterans.  Trust us when we say… do not be fooled by the innocent look of the 1-2 lb weights.
